The 2015 Chrysler 200 was just redesigned from the inside out and is one of the best looking mid-size sedans you can buy. Cutter Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Honolulu wants to sell you a new 200, especially if you live in Kaneohe, Wahiawa, Hawaii Kai, HI.
The 2015 Ford Fusion recently had a facelift, but it's still the same car they've been selling for years, and it doesn't do anything as well as the new Chrysler 200.
The base motor in the Chrysler 200 is a 2.4-liter four- cylinder with 185 horsepower, which out powers both the standard Ford 2.4-liter and the optional 1.5-liter EcoBoost four-cylinders. When you get to the top-trim optional powertrains, it's an even bigger gap. The EcoBoost 2.0-liter four-cylinder in the Fusion only makes 240hp, while Chrysler's smooth V6 puts out 295hp.
Better Fuel Economy
Amazingly enough, the 200 manages to make more power while at the same time earning a higher rating from the EPA. With the base motor, the Chrysler gets an extra 1 mpg in city driving, and 2 mpg on the highway. In order to match that mileage with the Fusion you need to select the optional 1.5-liter EcoBoost turbo motor at extra cost, which is only available on more costly select trims.
The secret to the Chrysler 200 getting better mileage while putting out more power is its first-in-class transmission. Every 200 comes standard with a nine-speed automatic, something never before offered on a mid-size sedan. Ford Fusion only offers a six-speed, which means the engine has to work harder and rev higher to produce the same levels of performance.
With more power and better mileage in the 2015 Chrysler 200, why would you even consider anything else? Come see just how good it is at Cutter CDJR in Honolulu, HI today.View Inventory
